Why should this player be punished?: The user fled from the police and jumped into the water, after jumping into the water, swimming forth and back i proceeded to jump in and the user drowned himself to avoid arrest, no ems was on so he avoided punishment by dying.

Why did u make this now cuz this happened last weekend? Whatever uhh i was doing a chopshop and decided to jump in the water to get away. I drowned myself bc i was kinda just messing around and didnt think about the rules.
