Why should this player be punished?: We were looking for mayor because he had 25% taxes. When we found him I ran towards him, and then his SS just kills me while I just stand next to him without a gun in my hands.

Hi, yeah, I killed you. First of all, the taxes were too high, and I got killed three times in a row while defending the mayor. Everyone was hunting him to assassinate him. I was watching you guys, and you were already making very suspicious moves. It definitely looked like you were after the mayor.

From my point of view, the mayor’s hands were already up.

I’m not entirely sure, but I remember you saying "hands up" too, so I instinctively thought you were trying to kidnap or kill him. I had to act quickly since there were two of you. If you check the clip at exactly 00:30, you can see that you appeared to be reaching for your gun as well.

In short, I believe it was a justified kill, not RDM. However, if you weren’t actually about to reach for your weapon, I’m sorry for acting too quickly. It happened purely because of my prior experiences, where everyone was actively hunting him down. Thanks.

I wouldn’t say anything if I actually reached for my gun before getting killed. From my prior experience it was never OK to just shoot someone down if they’re not visibly armed.

The player had was not visibly armed during this situation, as such @axel22 should of attempted to utilise other methods to detain them if you were concerned regarding the mayors safety and taken time to ensure that they were indeed armed and planning to cause harm to the mayor. Considering this was likely accidental and not an intentional breach of 2.5, I will only be issuing a warning for this situation.
