Right after an raid they speak in danish in ooc. i thought first it was some sort of smack talk however. then i noticed its just metagame

3.5 New Life Rule:
They both died. and came back to finish the job which was stealing my car within 15 minutes. Which they preplanned. Also started crowbarring my door.

so basically we died and stole your car. Then you shoot at it so it begins to smoke. We then accidentally drove it down into the water at city hall. The reason it was smoking was that you shot at it from the inside of your apartment.

I understood get out of here. they had to repeat / revrese the quetion before i understood what the ment. when they did i directly got out and complied

Talking to other players via steam is only against the rules if the information talked about is in-character and is used in-character, as they only told each other to check steam there is no evidence of metagaming here.

Stealing a car and raiding a property are two separate things, players are allowed to steal your car after having raided you earlier on.
Since you had fired upon the people stealing your car and then ran inside of your property for cover, I do not see it unreasonable for them to crowbar in to kill you, you brought the situation into their apartment, not them.

As for wrecking the car; from what I can tell from the evidence provided the only damage dealt with your car was from you shooting at the carjacker and catching it in the crossfire.

After consideration with other staff members, we have decided to issue you a warning for 2.1 and 3.4.
It is unrealistic that you would run up and get in the driver seat of a vehicle as it is being crowbarred, and even though you claim you did not hear/understand their orders, they are already pointing a gun at you, you clearly shouldn't be trying to drive off.
