Why should this player be punished?: After I, the Incident commander at the time, got shot in the head by this person, they decided they could not bear the guilt and proceeded to commit suicide, before promptly disconnecting while unconscious.

I have made contact with the user.

They have stated that their intentions were to drop from balcony to balcony rather than committing suicide purposefully, and that they disconnected whilst unconscious due to the fact that it was late.

With both of those taken into account, I will issue the user a warning for 3.20 and the user will be notified if it occurs again that they will receive a more severe punishment.
