Why should this player be punished?: 3.4 - User did not comply with police officers to potentially attempt to keep a firearm they received from defending a raid, they then got breached and shot at police officer's, risking their freedom and life over a small ticket for tampering with evidence

After discussing with the user and comparing their story with the logs, I am satisfied with the fact that they would have been charged at the bare minimum of
9.6 - Manslaughter, if not 9.5 - Murder.

With those crimes carrying at least 7 years, I am content that they had a good reason to fight back against police.
