Why should this player be punished?: The people in this clip I told when going towards a shootout, I told them to leave while there was active gunfire, Then the second part they lingered around said shootout, risking there lifes by breaking in my opinion 2.5, 3.5

Hi so me and @Kittygamzz lived at subs that was being raided, and we believed we were far enough away. I only heard him tell us once to move back The time he ran up to me. After he died we did move back I think it was the same for @Kittygamzz we only heard it once.

I agree with the comment by my partner above. When SomeUser started shooting at us I tried entering my car but by the time I got in we were gunpointed back out to leave and surrender.

first you clearly heard the shots, and the PD swarming around your property
second, yes I did shoot u, thought u pulled out a gun, thats my bad, however Still should not have been there
third, you should not have been there under 3.4 you put ur lifes at risk as you where in direct line of sight, clear by the fact I died right next to you by an AS50 shot

I thought that since we weren’t in the way of the cops and were quite a bit far away, it was okay. I didn’t know that it was too close until you came up. As you can see, we were instantly ready to leave when you shot, because we didn’t want to risk our lives.

@Kittygamzz & @bengtpeterson thank you for your replies. Having considered both of your responses and the evidence submitted by @SomeUser I will be issuing you both with a warning for 3.4.

You both could have made more of an effort to remove yourselves from the area during the shootout, if you are close enough that you can see/hear shooting, you are too close and the fact an officer that was responding to the raid on your property was shot dead when they were stood directly in front of you cements the point that you were both too close. You also both could have left the area when you were initially ordered to at Subs Roundabout.
