The player broke into the property using a crowbar, and less than a minute later you showed up at the door visibly carrying an AK-101 on your back. While you might have been unaware, the player had no way of knowing that.

You should be more careful when approaching your property next time, especially when it's been obviously broken into, or unfortunate deaths might occur.
