Why should this player be punished?: 3.4 The subject remained within the vicinity of an active shootout for an extended period of time, continually placing both their own life and that of their passenger at risk while law enforcement officers were actively under fire outside. Their failure to comply, despite the immediate danger to life and property, ultimately contributed to the death of an officer.

@Frostyy Can you please explain why you were loitering in the area of an active shootout.

I was attempting to obtain information on if it was my property being raided. I was talking to the medic and tried to ask the officer. He did tell me to leave about at the same time I was asking about my property. I did leave and as I was backing up bc my car that was in an awkward spot and once I readjusted he was shot so I can understand his frustration but I did in fact leave and I didnt comeback

You should have left the area as the situation was clearly still going on due to the active shots, you unnecessarily put your life/freedom at risk here by loitering in the area. Worrying about your property being raided is not reason to stay in the area of a raid. You should have left the area straight away instead of stalling as the situation was still on-going due to the active shots.
