Why should this player be punished?: My car got stolen, and then tiered, again, this time fully tiered. First of all, I tiered my car to the first tier after crashing at bazaar, then I respawned it at car dealer so it wouldnt block traffic (at this time it was tiered and almost destroyed). Then some time passes and this guy steals my car, drives it only to intersection before tiering the already tiered car to tier 2. And then he just fled and it got impounded. Fixing a tier 2 car costs 69k. @Kevko helped me get the image of the logs
