hello,
you guys were raiding every property in the hotel, it was a matter of time that you guys were going to raid us too when you were on our side me and my neighbor you were a hostile to us i assumed you were having a shootout with him (since there was an ak shots on the other side of the building), it wasn't a counter raid it was defending my property and my neighbor's so i assisted the police which you can see clearly in my demo and through the logs that police have actually free'd me and gave my weapon back this was nowhere near 3.4 it was part of the gameplay you just gotta accept it

staff are always welcome to check my demo you can see my 911 calls when i called out raid before they started and i made 911 calls that i am going to defend my property and you can see how police uncuff me through logs and i picked up my weapon

"so i assisted the police" - direct violation of 3.4 as you literally assisted the police in a situation that you were not even involved in.

We raided 1 apartment on the OPPOSITE side of lakeview, We did not raid you or your neighbours. IKEA Monkey was only there because we were trying to get better angles on the officers rushing in before you ran out and killed IKEA Monkey.
You very clearly violated 3.4, putting your life in risk to "assist the police" in something you were not even a part of leading to us dying because of you technically countering, not "defending" a raid that was not happening on your apartment or your friends.

(since there was an ak shots on the other side of the building) - maybe dont assume, ask before you do anything. You broke 3.4 and wont admit to it.

im not going to judge if i broke a rule or not i will leave this with the staff decision, but it was your friend fault for being on our side i heard many shots so from my pov if it's not my apartment so of course it's going to be my friend's apartment so i came out with a pistol to check the situation so i don't have to assume then i saw your friend pointing a whole rifle at me so i had no choice but to shoot

You leave your base during an active raid and assumed it was your friend being raided when it very clearly was not your friend, you risked your life and countered a raid while cops were on scene. Also despite the fact you can not "assist" police nor counter a raid when PD are on scene, either way you clearly violated 3.4 and refuse to accept this.
As an experienced player i would have assumed you actually knew better than to counter while cops are on scene. I believe enough has been said and lets allow the staff to handle this.
