Why should this player be punished?: Breaking 2.5 by running my teammate over then getting out to punch him for no reason, breaking 3.4 by refusing to consent to a ziptie under gunpoint or put his hands up instead giving us the middle finger, breaking character by assuming that I am trying to mug him in public then proceeding to complain that I am breaking the rules while even going in LOOC to cry more "Nice ban lol" mid roleplay rather than obeying my command to get in the car instantly.
His behavior unnecessarily resulted in me getting wanted for murder of @walnash who was the cop at the scene that would not have found us if the user Bot complied instead of breaking so many rules.
On a side note, I find it suspicious how his friends knew I was taking him to forest yet they all showed up quickly to intercept.
After he finally got in the car, I took him to Forest and got intercepted by his gang immediately. I escaped, then was forced to cancel the roleplay I had planned for him and instead abruptly executed him in fear that he was metagaming.
I am aware in roleplay it could've been a double cross by Segeco, but I had in fact already asked Segeco in an OOC way after the situation was over after I respawned if it was him who notified Robert's gang to go to Forest to which he denied ever having done so knowing that I am fully intending on reporting this incident. I did this to confirm or deny if there is any reason to found my suspicion on and after his denial of having aided them, I believe it is worth looking into.
