Why should this player be punished?: Hello earlier today i encountered this person right after he killed an officer on the highway (Tyrone Morris), i was gunpointing him close range telling him to surrender constantly with a sniper rifle, he kept stalling and pulling out his phone (probably to send org messages or something but i cant verify that, but thats what it looks like) later i swapped to my revolver as i was close range and didnt want to get in trouble incase i did infact have to shoot him - and after i gunpointed him with the revolver and once again told him to surrender, he pulled his firearm out causing his instant death.
(Forgot to add, had an f6 open with no answers and i had to get off - it had no responses so i just quit)
Additionally later on he said a very disturbing thing on voice chat Quote "I cant wait to get in here and start raping"
