Why should this player be punished?: 3.4, I put a warning shot to their chest so that they would leave the area and stop combat reviving the downed cop but instead they decided to ram me with their ambulance later on mid-shootout

Bullyhunter should have begun fleeing the area as soon as the shots have restarted to preserve his own life. Bullyhunter will be banned for 3 days for 3.4 and 4.2 although I will leave out the 2.5 seeing it was his own fault.
