Why should this player be punished?: Somehow the guy stole my vehicle even when it had a vehicle security upgrade on it. He wrecked my car for an unknown reason. I contacted a mod about this but they said they had already disconnected so I'm making this AR.

From the logs I can see he crashed at 61MPH on the highway not into anything fixed to the map and while on the correct side of the road. This means there must have been an obstruction or someone crashed into him. For this reason and the lack of video evidence this is denied.
