After reviewing the logs, in opinion,@Leehamk drove a stolen vehicle twice in a reckless way with zero regard for the state of the vehicle. Excessively effecting @Jedediah Longtree in a negative way through repair bills.

Rules Broken:
2.5 - Player excessively effected a players experience in a negative way by causing unessercary damage to their vehicle through intentional actions. Driving at 115MPH past bazaar, a highly populated area at a busy time causing a crash.
