Why should this player be punished?: I had just won a car on the wheel and took it out for a ride, all was fun and games until I meet this guy driving a black Honda on the wrong side of the highway.
I know I was speeding in this situation but I was still sticking to lanes, using blinkers, etc etc. following all other traffic laws to not cause unnecessary accidents. I also believe breaking a role play law has nothing on breaking the server rules by driving on the wrong side of the highway for fun, ESPECIALLY when the perpetrator has received job bans for ramming vehicles for fun before MULTIPLE TIMES! Just the wreck damage alone is 28,000 and on top of that I'll need to wash the car so we're looking at around 30,000 I would like this guy to give me in reparations. It didn't help that he left the game (on uncon screen...) right after causing this accident as he was nowhere to be found when I wanted to confront him about possibly paying the damages upfront so that I never had to submit something like this.

I reached out to them, and they stated this "I made the wrong turn due to my driving skills. sometimes it feels like i am driving on ice

i am willing to pay the persons car damages since it was not intentional to total someones car"

Will go ahead and request their demo when they are next on, as they claim they might of had experienced lag spikes which caused them to be on the wrong side of the road.

Individual had drove on the wrong side of the road all the way up the highway towards City Bridge( which they claimed they didn't due to lag, however this was evidently a lie)
As such you can claim a refund for the damage done to your vehicle ( ensure you tag me in it please when you make it)
in addition to this, after reviewing their demo, I have seen several rule violations of varying severity, which has influenced my decision to issue them a ban for 1 month given their actions here.

In addition to this, @rat your current ban has been extended, as within the demo I had witnessed yourself purposfully drive over another Secret Service with the intent to commit murder, as a experienced player and a background of failing to follow the rules, you should know better then to do this
