Why should this player be punished?: While me and a group were raiding pd he ran in with the raid party and hopped on cop mid raid and shot me in the head. I believe this to be a clear rule break as he was not fearing for his life if he was not part of the raid.

The user, evidently, shouldn't have gone on duty in the middle of such an obvious PD raid. I will be issuing a warning. While there are no guarantees that you being alive would have changed the outcome of the PD raid, I do feel like a reimbursement is in order here, so you may create a Refund Request to have the weapon you lost (198693488) given back to you.
