Why should this player be punished?: User had killed a player in their appartment at regals with a sniper rifle. as PD i breached with TFO's and found him with a pistol only and the dead body. he was shot then revived, when he was revived he sat afk the whole time. the user had stored the actual weapon used for the crime while PD were still on scene. user also may have metagamed for a PD raid as the user never yelled 10 etc during the arrest. however this may have been unrelated
