Why should this player be punished?: The user broke 2.5 by shooting at my car, resulting in my death, as they had no idea whether I was involved or not in the situation that had happened on the highway. I also did not have a gun visible as well, and I tried my hardest not to run over joshsua black after realizing what was happening, given the fact that the entire side of the highway was blocked.

so after what was happening on the highway you had more than enough time to see that the highway is blocked and if you were NOT involved atleast you would have not tried to run him over cause that is what it looks like to me also i would like to add if you were trying to go around joshua why you didnt break ??
and i shot you cause you were not the first car to pull up to shoot at us btw so my actions are justified
and looking at the clip you were on call with Headline that happend to just be our target. so you KNEW what you were getting into and didnt even try to break you just tried to run johsua over. its on you . i dont see what i did was wrong cause its 100% not my fault for reacting on a car going 90 miles per hour at the direction of my org member when a shootout was already active.

While it may look like I was trying to hit Joshua Black, this wasn't the case. I was trying to slow down by using the S key instead of the space bar. I also did not want to drive on the wrong side of the highway to cause further damage to players/cars by doing it. I tried my hardest to avoid Joshua, which I did, and rammed into the truck instead. Although I was aware there was a situation happening as I was on the phone with headline, I didn’t know the exact location of the situation and wasn’t aware it was that close to city junction. Going off the information in the clip, I was on the phone with Headline was unknown to you in-game. After I crashed into the truck, you or even Joshua could have gunpointed me instead of kill ejecting me from the car. I feel as if it is your responsibility to take extra caution before KOSing people, especially when they’re visibly unarmed, when youre doing it in a public area which also caused you guys to block off the entire side of the highway which is has a speed limit of 80mph+ which can also seen like people are trying to hit you as people usually go this fast on the highway who aren’t expecting a shoot out to be right after the corner of the highway.

i am not gonna argue much cause its not worth it if you want anything refunded hmu you know where i be most of the time and in case you didnt find me just drop bank
