Why should this player be punished?: 2.5 wrecking my vehicle after stealing it for no reason. he was going 11 MPH after stealing it and If I recall correctly he left it near Car wash completely wrecked without owning up to his actions whatsoever.

After reviewing the players demo, Police shot out and disabled the car, hardly over 1 min after being stolen, due to the player running someone over after being rammed by a cop.

In this case the player did not cause the damage to the car, therefore no rules have been broken by CrackedMaxX.
