Why should this player be punished?: They have been harrasing me and my org over a video posted by Aquaa in the discord server and using it as bait to get us angry and to cause unneeded drama and shootouts

While we were stealing cars, you were witnessed taking out your phone and spectating the interaction. Shortly thereafter, you were spotted on the 911 app by an org member, and you had admitted to calling the police, which is why we roughed you up a bit. This was in fact a proportionate escalation, because you tried to call the police and snitch on us.

You've been consistently harassing my org using ooc info to bait.

The context to this clip is that one of your mates was mugged in the back of the Puffer Shop by myself, you all then attempted to retaliate by shooting it out at the Bazaar but ended up losing. I was knocked unconscious but was revived, and my org had won the altercation. You also seemingly survived this altercation and began talking shit in local chat, something to the effect of 'you got folded', I can't really remember. Either way, you provoked us to engaged in shit-talking back which eventually escalated into that particular shootout after some punches were thrown. I'm also not entirely sure what relevance this has to the initial report.

At this point from what I have reviewed, I don't believe a rulebreak has occurred. This all happened in RP you and the others stayed alive, even getting revived after the gunfight, which caused them to continue to interact with you more. Also recommend you to not trash talk them and insult them if you don't wish to be targeted by them in RP.
