Why should this player be punished?: Made multiple 911 calls saying "come get me"
After arriving on scene with plans to detain for misuse, I was shot down when standing in the doorway as they were clearly trying to flee

After this, he also made multiple 911 calls saying something along the lines of, but still as blatant as "I just shot 2 cops" once I respawned.

User was clearly cop baiting and shot two officers in response to what would only be an up to 5000$ ticket, 10.3, potentially 10.1 also being included, which would also only be up to 4 years.

After a conversation on Steam, the player has stated that he had done so in order to get into a shootout with cops due to them raiding his apartment earlier in the day, which was interrupted by a server restart, baiting cops to his location for no valid reason in order to kill them

Due to his actions, he will be recieving a 5 day ban for 2.5 and 3.4 due to the maliciousness of his actions.
