Why should this player be punished?: User picked up a gun during a active conflict (and 3 org members present next to it), and instantly stored it. Made an F6, but staff mentioned he left after.

Because of this, we also couldnt find him to force him to give the gun back.

@RespectMyVoid i didn't know i couldn't grab the gun. I can give it back

after speaking with the user i find them at fault of breaking 3.4 and 3.18 as the user was looting guns from a shootout they where not involved in and was ongoing with the shooters still on scene this being said the user should not have instantly stored the firearms given they had themselves just committed a crime by taking the evidence off of a crime scene.

the user has offered to return the firearm and the user will be issued a 3 day ban
