Why should this player be punished?: Failing to drive a stolen car to the best of his ability, after being shot at by me at subs storage and having to call EMS for the person i shot in crossfire, he drove my car on railway street, on the opposite side of the road into the Yield sign( ill give a tick once im available tomorrow)

Due to errors with my steam friend requests, which are now resolved, I will extend the ultimatum until the end of today to give @Dave the rave a fair chance to plead his case.
