Why should this player be punished?: To add to the content, it started of with me driving past a situation on city bridge where he was gunpointed and as far as I'm aware refused to follow commands, I already dealt with his driving because he tried running people over previously and also practically destroyed my cruiser going the wrong way up the highway to which he explained "lag spike".
As I got to the situation I pulled my service weapon out and the two yellow dudes were very co operative and explained what happened and why they fired on the guy which connected to what I have personally seen him do earlier.
Idk why my voice isn't recording on this so I do apologise but most of the time it's me explaining to him that he needs to stop insulting people for me to even be able to investigate or get a word in, to which his usual answers were "Suck a dick" "Fuck off" "fuck your mom" After a few series of them insults I told him I'll not be dealing with his attitude and I have made an f6 report and wished him good luck with his IA report, he then proceeded to basically steal the black mini and take it to impound after I told him multiple times not to do it as I'm dealing with the car and the 2 yellow guys my self again he failed to follow my instructions...
