Why should this player be punished?: I believe the player, seen in this video broke 3.4 i was trying to mug him, and i pointed my gun right in his face, he decided to turn around and run away, he put his life at risk, according to the video, i was underpass in the City Subway, and i Saw him comming my Way, to the drug dealer, he was unarmed and didnt listen, when i clearly told him to put his hands up, he ran away. So i believe this guy should be punished for his actions
