Why should this player be punished?: 2.5 3.4 Deshawn was so upset I arrested him for manslaughter after he murdered someone in front of cops that he stole and tiered my car then he murdered me and nutrient10 for no reason. He also stole my car right in front of the city garage with the NPC there who would've identified him. I was AFK at the time of him RDMing me but he did it by the side of the hospital and realistically the NPC's would've pressed their panic buttons and cops would've arrived shortly.

He crashed my car into the fence by the beach which is kinda unreasonable for that to have been an accident due to his experience on the server.

This will be a long text since im accused of doing 3 seperate things:

1- About me murdering someone in front of cops (it was being dealt with in game but idk if the report was concluded)

it can clearly be seen that i didn't see or hear any cops

2- About me tiering his car on purpose

this car can't even turn, in the video im actually trying to get away from the wall that was on my right but car dont go the way i want it to go (just like a mclaren F1) and i tried to drift but slightly crashed side of the car to the wall due to this car not turning + it was tiered because it was highly damaged from the speed bumps since that car has a steep front almost touching the ground.

3- About me killing him for no reason
You and nutrient got killed because you gunpointed and ziptied me at garage
unfortunately i didn't record it

Additionals: I dont need to tier your car i have already made an IA on you, i can steal your car from garage and even at casino parking lot even if there are many NPC's because they are not goverment employee (was told by a staff member before), i killed you near hospital (not in the view of NPCs) because ive waited for you to leave that place for 10 mins but you kept staying there ive decided to kill you and leave the area as soon as possible since there were no cops or goverment employees nearby

Edit regarding your edit: I've told them to put their hands up because 10 mins before that i had asked them if they like you and they said yes so i knew they were your friends and i didn't want to get killed by them and that wasn't a prolonged time

You were also gunpointed and ziptied to then be handed over to the police for a 3y3k sentence which you only got 2k of so you risking 10y10k is in no way justified...

You punched someone to death after parking your car illegally making it look like you were raiding how did you expect anyone to believe sElF DeFeNcE?
You can see in the video you make no effort to prevent the car from going into the fence in fact it looks like you only turn at the last second to make it look slightly like you didn’t mean to do it but someone with your experience driving around recklessly like a minge would know that would’ve happened.

4 it was the middle of the night and you had just stolen and destroyed my car you shouldn’t escalate something that you caused like this as all we did was hand you into the police.

@Deshawn Tyson Clearly didn't know you were there at the scene of slums, therefore he just kept punching the person.
If someone gunpoints and zipties you, and turns you to police, it is valid to seek revenge against those individuals, and no, he didn't stick around for too long. Possibly choosing a different place would be better.
Generally, stealing a car at Garage is allowed as long as you are not in full direct view (hiding behind the car or just going to the side usually cut's the NPCs view via the wall). There was no evidence for this however if you wanna pursue it further you can open a PM with me.
As for tiering the car, sports car tend to hug the wall so that's why you couldn't turn a bit earlier however you still didn't slow down. Taking this in consideration, we don't think in any scenario should you be going 100 MPH there and not crashing into the wall there either via turning or drifting. Going 100 MPH regardless of cars handling is certain to be met with a crash into the wall regardless of the car, therefore it was not within reason and guaranteed high damage or your death.
