Why should this player be punished?: Player broke rule too putting his life at risk, For a little context there was a bunch of bombing in the PD acted appon by this guys dumb org, we arrested him and we took him too jail (Already banned for this) However when we got to jail there was an active shooter in the PD i GP'ed him too get into the elevator he then proceeded too stall under my gunpoint
