Why should this player be punished?: LTAP he left to avoid punishment, i was arresting him for trespassing. The video will tell it self. I dont want him banned, I want him to know that there is people would take it harder.

They have failed to respond to my friend request and haven't connected to the server in the last 2 days. I appreciate your wishes for them not to be banned but this offence felt quite malicious given that he immediately reconnected and showed off a bit of an attitude prior. I will be issuing them with a 3 day ban, I will keep my friend request open so that I can explain to them if they do choose to accept.
