Hi this incident is correlated to me having kos on his org member, during a crash into him he appears in his tesla and tries to run me over with the help of a viper that was driven by the
guy i had kos on, when they both fled i came back to bazar and saw him holding a phone talking to his org member and giving out my info. recognizing him i shot him on sight
