Why should this player be punished?: User raided a property in which he ultimately died in before ever clearing the downstairs area of bunker he harvested planters on the top part before shortly dying

Hi Galle,
Sorry for any inconveniences, I had never been aware of this rule, hence I have no warning regarding previous lootings, Its a funny situation in bunker as its split into almost 2 bases, we deemed the top part as clear but I was made aware of the downstairs being dangerous. My original idea was to take the coke while it was ready and leave which at the time I believed I could do as their was no imminent threat to life as my freind was on the stairs, It was only when we went down the stair and tried breaking back in had I now realised after reading the rules that I was out of line. I never intended to break any rules, and it was my fault for incorrectly interpreting them. A question regarding this case; Would this be allowed if my friend was on the stairs and could infrom me through team speak that if i leave now, i will be safe? and, What happens if you raid somewhere, clear the place, take the drugs and get killed by a flanker of the org that you just raided? As this would seem to create similar issues. I am happy to return the coke to the players later if organised,
