Why should this player be punished?: I was walking around the Bazzars at my shop and my friend's shop, and this guy asked for bullets or mags for his gun. Then my friend said he was not high enough level, and then the guy shot us both. I went back to confront him, and he said, "I will just pay myself out of the punishment", and then shot me again.
