Why should this player be punished?: User tried baiting another player into giving them KOS right after server restart, in front of a government employee, then shot me without warning for calling the police over this.

yea so it started with me joking around and firing off a gun in a previous situation which I have clipped, to which he tries to call the cops on me while he's a mechanic when your supposed to flee and not put your life at risk to which he ignored and tried calling the police on his phone to which I confirmed before killing him.

In the second situation which is the clip he's provided, i was being antagonized by the sweater when he happens to come back after dying to me talking about the previous event to which he died in OOC, I pull out my gun in defence to the sweater who was trying to attack me and he calls the police again to which I try to kill him

Both events ended the way they did for him calling the police on me

@Carlos Capone will be banned for 5 days for breaking 3.4.

You cannot fire a gun as a joke and then stay in the area, having dialogue with a Government Employee that witnessed it and then shoot him in the face for calling 911.
You also cannot just walk around with a gun out and shoot everyone that is calling the police on you, you risk your life by doing that.

@YevgeniyPrigozhin please do not bring up a past situation in LOOC if you are going to report it. It will only cause more trouble.
