I have not been able to get into contact with the player as they have not been on the server for over 2 weeks. Although from logs, I can see that the user placed the bomb in the City Garage car parking lot, which is bound to cause issues with other players spawning their vehicles and could potentially affect other players cars in a negative way.

The user will be issued a warning for 2.5.
