Why should this player be punished?: Eth raided me twice in the span of 30~40 minutes, which is very annoying as a new player. It's hard enough getting started as a newbie, being aggressively targeted by the same people makes it very difficult to get anything done.

The user will be banned for both 2.5 & 5.3 seeing as he willingly raided you twice as a new player before the one hour had passed. Therefore we believe he should also be punished for 2.5.
