Why should this player be punished?: Induvidual, as a PLPD Officer was abusing 3rd person view, where we cannot see him from storage, and also confiscating our guns while we are at storage. Induvidual already has created an AR which resulted me in returning my gun.

The clip below is from his screen abusing 3rd person view, which he uplaoded to use in his own AR(That AR is resolved with me returning my gun). I have re-uploaded in case he deletes it.
I will be also creating an PLPD Internal Affairs ticket on confiscating guns while we are at Storage.

Why should this player be punished?: Individual stored their weapon after being told it will be confiscated due to breach of 7.3 7.6, Then given the change (after the clip) to get it out and drop it for me they ignored it.
