Why should this player be punished?: I raided him at slums apartments and he's quite angry about that. He gets killed which means he has nlr. He then finds me at the bazaar and tries to shoot me because he wants to get his gun back. After that, he disconnects. I have from another persons view so you can see him disconnect

After reviewing logs, it seems like the both users in the said raid had both died and it seems like he was planning to kill you after there was no way for them to know the information from their previous life. User has been on the forums and has failed to respond within 24 hours so this will just be accepted.
User's current ban will be extended to 1 week.
