Why should this player be punished?: Firstly, the user rammed a parked police car for no reason just to take a parking spot. After this, on another occasion, the user rammed another police car on which I decided to pull him over. But the user drove off, which resulted in an arrest shortly after. Additionally, the user used his microphone improperly.
