Why should this player be punished?: I responded to a stolen car as no other cop did, i blocked the user in with my car - he decided to turn his engine on under gunpoint, so i shot his tires out - Then he started driving away nearly ramming me over, so i shot the car to disable it completely, the user then spawned outside the car as it was a chopshop, - The user decided to run towards the river, then as he reached the river he drowned himself completely. Making it impossible to save him as well as there was no ledges around to stand on (If anyone tried to save him they would prob end up dead as well)
