Why should this player be punished?: as SS we were fleeing a lambo, with a visibly armed passenger and driver, that had tryed to ram us head on at parker tunnel and we had seen them turn around after us, when tyler allan who was visibly armed, on the phone with and dressed exactly like the people after us, swerved into us tiering his own vehicle breaking rule 3.15. once i hopped out i immediately gunpointet him whilst he stalled under gunpoint saying "hands up why why hands up why why" trying to alert the people he was on the phone with to him being gunpointed. this all led to him being shot as he was given multiple commands and was visibly armed and posed a potential threat had i turned around to respond to his flankers

that is still a break of 3.15 lmao and you can hear me ordering you multiple times and instead you attempt to notify your org of your situation by saying "hands up why why" instead of complying.

you stalled under gunpoint until your flankers arrived and purposely tiered your own vehicle violating 3.4 and 3.15 which all led to your death.

I mean, we successfully killed the mayor. It's not always to exclude that we will survive, and yes, me taking about 2 seconds to leave the vehicle and not even trying to run away or so, and doing what you told me, is totally 3.4.
weird thing is, again thats the same logic as saying dont kill the mayor in the first place because you might die
literally everything you do can put your life at risk
even crossing the road
so unless 3.4 is taken seriously then the only way to play the game is to hide in the corner in the map and avoid conflict
