Why should this player be punished?: User firstly cop baited over me telling them to park his car properly as you can see in the first clip. He instead of driving away, he decided to come up to me saying he is "going to use his karate move" on me, initiating a chase that was completly uneeded.

Afterwards, after he blocked in and he lost the ability of using his car, the user decided to ignore gunpoint, keeping on running from me with no regard for his life, which ended up in me shooting him.

In the next clip he decided to break character, starting calling me a small british kid and telling me my balls havent dropped, generaly being disrespectful for no reason whatsoever.

Last but not least, the user was (imo) homophobic, telling me that i have no balls and asking if im trans, Basically disrespecting me and (again, imo) the LGBTQ comunity.

Also one last thing i forgot to mention, I have indeed checked and confirmed with a former staff member about the potential 1.2 before creating the AR as i dont want to accuse someone if they havent broken a rule.

I never disrespected the lgbtq community in any aspects, i asked if you were a t----- not that deep, already banned for meta so this isn't totally bad mate. In what context is this homophobic... Anyway, mods do what you gotta do. (how is it also breaking character calling you a small british kid bro your character highkey looks like it in my own opinion.) And sorry i didnt see your gun pointed at me : )
