Why should this player be punished?: WARNING: EVIDENCE CONTAINS SLURS
Context: I said some stuff in a PRIVATE SERVER without Floppa which was somehow leaked to him - this was very general and referred to a group of people defending very weird behaviour and not attacking any one individual - I don't actually know if I used the exact words he said because that was a very eventful night but shrug - I need to stress that this was NOT DONE with the aim of harassment because he should NOT have seen the messages, which is where our actions differ entirely - what I choose to say to my friends in my private spaces about a whole group of people behaving in a weird way in regard to a genuine safeguarding concern is not comparable to directed harassment to a single individual for a protected character trait which I am unable to change. I am saying things to my friends which are, at the end of the day, inconsequential and blowing off steam in regards to a very frustrating situation. These things should not have been seen by anyone they were directed towards, I can't help that they were screenshotted and forwarded to the people in question. Floppa, on the other hand, goes out of his way to make his harassment direct and known, in an attempt to actively cause distress - entirely opposite to my intentions.
He then adds me on Discord to harass me and direct homophobia towards me - implying that queerness is something funny and a character failing - inciting large arguments which spilled over onto the forums
Has a considerable past history of discrimination & directly approached me and contacted me through our only mutual Discord server being PERPHeads.
Also a bit of a safeguarding concern that he announced that he actually found a joke supporting child sexual abuse amusing and that is how this entire argument started - will get a screenshot of this
