Why should this player be punished?: He was gun pointed and decided to break gunpoint and then kill suicide bomb with a grenade. The reason we gun pointed him is because he mugged a friend.

Grenade already had pin pulled. Handle was gone already before they gped me. I had to drop it to surrender

I thought they were going to run away after seeing me with a grenade but they didn’t so I threw it cos I already had handle off but they gpd I froze up cos they were gp me I didn’t know what to do. Whether to ignore gp but I didn’t have the grenade anymore in my hand so I had to listen to gp. I didn’t know what to do I thought I have to listen to gp there

After reviewing the evidence and statement provided, this is accepted.

The main concern here is not gunpoint being broken - the user already had a live grenade that was about to detonate after releasing the spoon.
The issue is that the user chose to throw the grenade almost directly at their own feet and then remained stationary, making no attempt to flee, create distance, seek cover, or otherwise preserve their life.
While the grenade was already live, the user still had multiple reasonable options available to mitigate the risk. Instead, their actions guaranteed a lethal outcome and demonstrated a clear disregard for their own safety.

As such, the user will be issued a two day ban.
