Why should this player be punished?: The person I a m reporting seemingly shot at cops for no reason at bazaar. I spoke to one of the officers OOC after they responded and said that the individual in the report just started shooting at cops for seemingly no reason. He just got off PD about 5 minutes before this so I don't think he could've done a bad crime that quick, and then also be at bazaar to shoot at cops A demo would probably be best to review this. I am making this report because the person in the report had an altercation on PD approximately 5 minutes before the evidence where he just got off PD, and I believe he might be just revenge killing cops in rage.
