Why should this player be punished?: Rule break 1.1 and 2.5
A day or two ago when I was in-game, the player drove us to follow another car of people I had been chatting with (conversation was moving to a different location.) The player and I had interacted before this, and he had decided to change his character name with my permission + money to "Jeremy Wasp" as a joke. While in the car he made an offensive and inappropriate comment about a female player who we had just been talking to. I felt that it was very inappropriate and sexist so I decided that I didn't want to interact or associate with the player anymore. I just have absolutely zero tolerance for that kind of stuff, and what he said pissed me off as well, since I knew who he was talking about and had chatted with her several times before. So, I immediately got out of the car and just logged off. I should have reported it right then, but I was angry and didn't know how to access/view demos yet.
I was hoping that would be the end of any interaction but yesterday he saw me in-game. He approached me, and when the first thing I said to him (in LOOC) was that I didn't want to associate or talk to him anymore, he got defensive and argumentative. After giving a quick explanation of my choice, I told him that the conversation was over and that I didn't want to be communicated with. I walked away a good distance (from slums to puffermart), and he shot me until I was unconscious. There was no reason to shoot me, except that he didn't agree that I was refusing to speak or interact with him anymore.
At this point, I'd really just like for him to leave me alone, and for him to be made to change his name to something that doesn't make people think we're associated.
I have attached the first demos file, it's in a googledrive. This should be the correct file, my game kept crashing when I tried to view it but I was able to see it at least once. The event should begin around tick 14900, and ends when I log off (which should also be the end of the demos)
The second demos file, of me being shot, is also attached. Me being shot and killed should be at the very end of the demos, with me telling the player to not talk to me anymore before shortly before that. The demos ends with me going unconscious from being shot by him.
