I was trying to shoot at the road crew as you can see in the video because he just kept trying to steal my car and he kept hitting other people's vehicles along with mine and after that he ended up getting demoted cuz I reported him to the police that showed up.

I also had him contact me on Discord so I can give him back his gun instead he called me and demanded I give him money when I said no but I'll give you back your'e gun. he said okay I'm reporting you and then hung up

@Frede I do feel that the evidence presented does show that you did not intend to kill the player and that they did walk into your line of fire, even if you aim could use some improvement (or perhaps your decision making on when to pull the trigger) nevertheless that alongside the cooperation and honesty you have shown since the AR and report were created lead me to believe you did not have any negative intentions and this was an accident.

If you are still willing to return the weapon to the player, this would be a good gesture towards resolving any grievance between the two of you personally.

I'd recommend in future reporting any laws broken by roadcrew or other gov/city employees to police or admins if they are rule breaks, before taking matters into your own hands unless it is necessary to protect your life/assets in game.

@Toko whilst I feel no rule has been broken here, I am willing to personally compensate you for loss of earnings in terms of drugs that were lost due to the server restart. I will contact you directly.
