Why should this player be punished?: I was arresting a person for murdering a cop, when he decided that he wanted to aid Frede in his escape. I gunpointed him to leave the area as it was quiet clear what he was trying to do, which he refused to follow. He evidently let Frede in and tried to drive off which resulted in the car being disabled in a matter of 2-3 seconds. He then stalled and refused to get out of his car and put his hands up, and then he went over to a corner that forced me to look away from Frede especially due to the concern that others might be pulling guns on me, which resulted in Frede getting a chance to escape. As the second and last video proves is me telling him his charge however he apparently claimed to his friends he was 10 toes.
