Why should this player be punished?: So what happened was that my friend Jay marquis was in a shoot out by police, he managed to take down 2 cops and Hassan Abu-Teez RDMed him, <--- (i don't have evidence of this part my friend should make a report later), Anyways my friend gets revived and gets arrested by cops, i attempted to Gun point both officers in clip which i successfully do but officer Beau Connell pulls out his gun a few seconds after being in a direct gun point as shown in clip, i tried to shoot him for that but my storm trooper aim is op and i see that im getting RDMed for no reason at all by Hassan Abu-Teez even tho we had no prior integrations,

Also Hassan Abu-Teez means "Hassan father of ass"
So i would like to report the officer and the civilian for their actions

you were in a shootout area clearly putting your life at risk, my friend didnt have any intention of killing you, also you brought a knife to a gun fight.

You killed me because you thought i was ss? even tho i was clearly going to take 2 cops hostages? that makes no sense. why would you kill a ss anyways? let alone a civilian that you had no prior interactions with?

@T0talw1n Gunpoint begins when the gun is pointed, not when commands are issued, you should not have pulled out your gun in this instance. I will be issuing you a warning for 3.4.
@Cigma_balls You've not given a valid reason for killing the user despite being active on the forums, even if you do have a valid reason, you must not take revenge In front of cops, especially not when the person you are seeking revenge on is in a shootout with them. I will issue you a warning for 2.5/3.4
