Why should this player be punished?: Individual stored their weapon after being told it will be confiscated due to breach of 7.3 7.6, Then given the change (after the clip) to get it out and drop it for me they ignored it.

Made a ticket and it was handled by @Lhealey05 however the user was already offline so he told me to make an action request.

Directly involved : This kid was camping storage for extended periods of time, we did not even move our car, still comes up and confiscated my SCAR and tried to confiscate Felix's wepon. However, he managed to store it before he did. If anything ban this officer for camping storage for extended periods of time to confiscate wepons. Additionally, as seen form the clip, he abuses 3rd person veiw to camp the storage as we can not see him and he can see us which is very unrealistic.

Thanks for calling me a kid as I am closing in on 30 so that made me feel young again, However even if you thought at the time I was wrong you should've still went with the roleplay and rules attached to it instead of be in breach of the rules yourselves. The reason the report did not include you is due to the fact that yes, you tried to break the rule however you did not manage to. As for Felix he purposely stored the gun wellknowing it was going to be confiscated.

Also as Law 7.6 writes the storing of weapon needs to happen in an immediate/direct manner, meaning even sitting in the car with it is a breach of that law technically.

As for the camping, When I see a car parked at subs storage I do look to see what they do, however if other calls like life-alerts come in I do leave the place unless a lot of officers are already responding.


As for the third person vehicle view, well nice that you bring that up cause we could go through all your demos to see how often you abuse it

Do not break rules yourself even when you think other people are in the wrong.

After looking into this properly, we have decided the player broke rule 3.18 - Storage and trunks once we spoke them on steam and sorted it in-game the player returned the gun so it can be removed for his actions

Punishment issued - Warning 3.18 - User whilst speaking to the police about their gun being taken decided to store it in storage once the officer told them it was going to be confiscated
