This person ran me over at the city garage and didn't even acknowledge their actions, therefore I slashed their tyres

After having spoken with gamingpeach he insists you ran him over around 10 minutes prior to him popping your tires, meaning perpheads_demo_2024-7-12 21-24-56 would likely show it.

after GamingPeach provided me with the clip, you did hit him with your car and outright fail to stop to even see if they were okay. Whilst this action was accidental and relatively minor, the act of popping your tires was also relatively minor revenge, and proves a point without having set you back enough money for it to be unnecessary.
